Black UV lamps convert invisible UV radiation into visible light, which calls fluorescence effect.  Therefore, they are suitable for all applications involving fluorescence analysis. Light waves generated by such lamps emit light only in the ultraviolet range of 300 to 400 nanometers, which is insensitive to human. Visible radiation is almost completely absorbed.

Applications:
